renaming a file should not change the date it was created
renaming a file on desktop should not change the date it was created. Everything created was in order by the date I created (varying styles) the file names I created on IOS was not supported by desktop and I had to rename them. Now they are all a jumbled mess and have todays date. NOT HELPFUL.

In addition "sort by" would reflow while I was in the middle of renaming files and flip back to newest, when I had been viewing by oldest.
