All caps text setting in Spark Post templates
The option to set text fields to be in all caps in templates would be very useful, particularly for users creating posts on mobile. As iOS does not provide an easy way to type in all caps, a workaround in Spark post would make my day. Setting each individual letter to capital when typing on the mobile is a pain – and yet it is a design choice that many brands use. Could be as simple as ticking and "All caps" checkbox when editing a text field or clicking an All caps icon, as in Illustrator.

We do currently have this ability on the web version of the product, and hope to bring it to mobile soon.

If you see all caps text despite typing lower case characters (and using a font that supports lower case), check your text alignment. Spark Post supports a special alignment labeled either 'Magic' or 'Capitalize & Fit' which automatically capitalizes text. Switch to one of the standard alignments (left / center / right) instead.

I'm having this problem too and can't seem to get the font off of all caps even though I'm using fonts that are not all caps, and the text I'm typing is clearly not all in fonts, but then appears as all caps. Any suggestions?

Mine is consistently at all caps.. even though I'm using fonts with variety and not typing in all caps. Why is that?
