Add "Save As" button for versioning
Spark is a great tool but missing some basic, must-have functions:
- Need to be able to "Save As" so we can have slight variations/versions of a post. (currently you lose your original if you make any changes!)
- Need to add an "Undo Button" so we can easily try a design element or attribute, then quickly go back. (currently it's almost impossible to get back to a previous look/feel!)

I have worked out how to duplicate, but Save As would allow versioning as I work. It seems like a better workflow.

I simply "Duplicate" the original in SPARK - Make new edits under a new project name Poof - Save As....

Bonjour, pourquoi ne pas mettre en place une solution de versionning comme elle existe aujourd'hui dans PS, Fresco, AI etc, ça serait une façon beaucoup plus propre que de continuer à sauvegarder un projet sous plusieurs nom ?
Hello, why not set up a versioning solution as it exists today in PS, Fresco, AI etc, that would be a much cleaner way than to keep saving a project under several names?

Just made an inadvertent change to a project I was working on for two weekends - lost the previous version. Pretty basic to have version control in any modern web-app so you can retrieve previous versions. Very disappointed. I consider Spark to be still in Beta. A long way to go.

an issue with adobe spark is that it doesn't seem to save. it says on the website that i don't have to worry about saving, but it doesn't save, they should have a saving button because the automatic saving doesn't seem to work effectively. i have redone my aphug assignment multiple times and it never saves the finished product. it only saves what i type in the beginning. i contacted adobe spark but i, obviously, will not be receiving a response now. i'm a bit disappointed because i was quite happy with the was it initially turned out, but it never saved. i'm completing my assignment on chrome and on a dell laptop if that helps you resolve my issue.

Seriously this is VERY needed and seems like a basic enough feature that I'm shocked it's not already available! I clicked into a completed project, and what came up on the screen was NOT the visual I clicked on... it was some odd template that wasn't even similar to any version I had worked on prior to completion? It had to have been some kind of glitch. Now I can't get an editable version of the old one back without recreating the wheel. Please allow some form of backtracking, or this might as well be useless to any brand that is trying to *save* time on graphic duplication.

Am really surprised to find,as with the above poster, that you cannot SAVE AS. We need a button that copies the content to a new Spark file which say has the letter B after it leaving the original as A or consigns the original to an archive folder

View and recycle previous versions. Like svn o git.

You should let us view past revisions on things we made and revert to them like in Google Docs. For example say I have been working on an invitation for one week by the end of the week the card looks way different then it did on day one but I want to go back to that old layout/design from day one you should let us view our revision history and let us revert to it please do I AM IN DIRE NEED OF THIS FEATURE.

Hi Tami!
If you duplicate the project, make the changes, and then save it with the new title/changes, it will keep both projects. Duplication is available now and the answer to what you're looking for! Just duplicate for each variance and save as you are doing now. Then you'll have each option available after the client chooses their favorite.
Thanks!

I would like to save a post multiple times with different titles so that I could present multiple options to a client. Currently, only option is to download it with a different title each time I make changes. Problem is, Spark only saves the last version SO if a client picks another version, I have to try and tweak the last one so it looks like the one I sent to the Client. REALLY need to be able to save and duplicate each project. Thanks!
