I'm creating a postcard and there is a vertical image in the background that I animated. The image is cropped on, but when I export as a video, the background image is displaced according to my design. It is small and occupying just a corner of the background and definitely doesn’t look as the design I made. However, if I export as an image, I get what I see.

Seems that if I use a vertical image it will not be rendered ok when exporting video. Stock images work as expected but not the image I got from Undplash.

You should add web interactivity capabilities similar to Ceros. There are no Adobe equivalents and this could differentiate you from Canva

I recently found out together with your customer service that if I use an image that is too large, my animations show weird white spaces around it. The problem is solved when I use a lower resolution image, but it would be better if the system would give me a warning when the image is too large.

I love this app so much, but the way animations work could be a lot better. I am working on a design right now with multiple text boxes. I want to animate one of them, but not the rest. I am only able to animate all text at once, but not just one of those text boxes. It would also be nice to adjust the speed and the order of the animation.

GIF export. Currently in CX, if you want a GIF you have to export the MP4 then re-upload the file to convert it into a gif. This is an easy but totally unnecessary step.
The conversion tools are really nice and quite slick, but it seems like a totally unneeded extra step.

It would be helpful to be able to create animated text all by itself with a transparent background; so the animated text alone can be layered/added to other media.
